How can we help?

Email support@keenshift.ai and a real person will read it. We normally reply within 1–2 business days. Tell us which app and, if you can, what the night looked like.

True of all five apps

Everything happens on your iPhone. Recording, listening, scoring, playback, corrections, reminders and the purchase check all run on the device in your hand.

Your bedroom audio never leaves your phone — and neither does any number derived from it. That is not a policy we promise to keep; it is the only thing the app can do. These apps contain no networking code at all: no server of ours to call, no third-party service, no analytics or advertising SDK, no account to create, and no identifier to follow you with.

What did I buy, and is there anything to cancel?

Premium features are unlocked by a single one-time in-app purchase, and there is nothing to cancel — a one-time purchase does not renew. Apple shows you the exact price before you buy, takes the payment, and tells the app on your device that you own it — the check runs locally and we never see your payment details or your Apple Account. Restore Purchases is in the app and works on your other Apple devices.

These apps are no longer offered on a recurring plan. If you bought a recurring plan for one of them earlier, your access is kept, and that older plan is managed by Apple in your Apple Account settings.

Permissions

Microphone access is requested only when you start a night. Notification access is optional and is requested only when you enable a reminder; reminders are scheduled locally on the device. You can change either one at any time in iOS Settings, and the app keeps working without notifications.

Snora

Snora listens overnight on your iPhone, marks moments that sound like possible snoring, explains a simple Snore Score, and lets you play back and correct the local moments behind it.

Playing a marked moment

Open Nights, choose a night, then tap the play button beside a possible-snoring moment. Playback reads the recording saved on your iPhone. Nothing is fetched, and nothing leaves the phone.

Correcting a sound

Tap “Not snoring” beside a moment. Snora excludes it and recalculates that night immediately. Sensitivity in More applies only to future nights, and local calibration can be reset there.

Making nights comparable

Keep phone placement similar, leave the microphone uncovered, and plug the iPhone in overnight. The peak Snora shows is relative to your phone’s microphone — it is not a calibrated decibel measurement.

Removing bedroom audio

Press and hold an entry in Nights to delete that night, or choose More → Storage & data → Delete all Snora data. There is no server copy anywhere, so deleting on your iPhone is the whole job.

SnoreDuo

SnoreDuo tracks a shared bed from one iPhone: you label which side is nearest the phone, and it marks moments that sound like possible snoring so the two of you can compare nights instead of arguing about them.

Choosing a side

Pick You or Partner for the side nearest the phone, then keep placement similar night to night. The label organises your trends. One phone cannot identify who made a sound, and SnoreDuo does not claim to.

Playing and correcting a moment

Open Our Nights, choose one of your recent nights, and tap play. Tap “Not snoring” to exclude a moment and recalculate that night. Restore is there if you change your mind.

Improving capture

Leave the microphone uncovered and plug the iPhone in. Low, Medium and High sensitivity affect future nights only. Displayed levels are phone-relative, not calibrated decibels.

Removing bedroom audio

Press and hold a night to delete it, or use More → Storage & privacy. There is no server copy anywhere.

Said in Sleep

Said in Sleep listens overnight on your iPhone and keeps the moments that sound like sleep talking, so you can hear what you said, star the good ones, and delete the rest.

Playing a moment

Open Nights, choose one of your recent nights, then tap play. Playback reads the recording saved on your iPhone. It is never uploaded.

Correcting a moment

Tap “Not me talking” to remove it from the report and recalculate that night. That does not erase bytes from the full-night file — delete the night to erase its recording. Restore to report is there if you change your mind.

Keeping a favourite

Tap the star. Said in Sleep writes an isolated local clip so that favourite survives after older full-night audio is cleared.

Removing bedroom audio

Press and hold a night to delete it, or use More → Storage & privacy. There is no server copy anywhere.

CoughWise

CoughWise listens overnight on your iPhone, marks cough-like events, and gives you a night-to-night picture of whether a cough is settling down or sticking around.

Playing an event

Open Nights, choose a night, then tap the play button beside a cough-like event. Playback reads the recording saved on your iPhone. It is not uploaded.

A recording stopped early

Keep the microphone uncovered, plug the iPhone in, and leave CoughWise listening in the background. The live heartbeat shows when it is recording, and CoughWise labels a recovered or interrupted capture as partial rather than pretending the night was complete.

Correcting a sound

Tap “Not a cough” beside an event. CoughWise excludes it and recalculates that night immediately. Sensitivity in More affects future nights only.

Managing local audio

Choose More → Audio retention to control how long audio stays on your iPhone, purge saved audio, or delete all local app data. There is no server copy anywhere.

Bruxa

Bruxa listens overnight on your iPhone and marks moments that sound like possible teeth grinding, so you have something concrete to play back rather than a vague suspicion.

Playing a moment

Open Nights, choose a night, then tap the play button beside a possible-grinding moment. Playback reads the recording saved on your iPhone. It is not uploaded.

A recording stopped early

Keep the microphone uncovered, plug the iPhone in, and leave Bruxa recording in the background. Bruxa shows a live heartbeat and labels a recovered or interrupted capture as partial.

Correcting a sound

Tap “Not grinding” beside a moment. Bruxa excludes it and recalculates that night immediately. Sensitivity in More affects future nights only.

Deleting data

Delete a single night from its menu, or choose More → Delete All Local Data. There is no server copy anywhere.

Wellness, not medical

None of these apps is a medical device, and none of them is medical advice. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If something about your sleep or your health worries you, talk to a qualified clinician.
